PET POLICY
The Crest Apartments welcomes you and your furry friends! Relax on a bench at our leash-free dog park after stopping by the office to pick up a complimentary pet treat.
- Three Pets Maximum
- $350 One-Time Non-Refundable Pet Fee for One Pet
- $500 One-Time Non-Refundable Pet Fee for Two Pets
- $650 One-Time Non-Refundable Pet Fee for Three Pets
- $35 Pet Rent Per Month Per Pet
Breed Restrictions Apply to say:
Only one of the following breed or types of animals will be allowed per apartment: Reptiles, Rodents (including ferrets), Rottweilers, Doberman Pincers, Pit-Bulls, Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Chow Chows, Wolf or any hybrids, Alaskan Malamutes, Presna Canarios or Cane Corsos, unless animal is a verifiable certified service or support animal. This includes mixed breed dogs with one of more of the aforementioned breeds.
